1. Purpose The Client hereby engages the Artist to provide Makeup and/or Hair Services ("Services") on the date and time agreed upon, at the location determined by the Client.
2. Client's Obligations2.1 The Client agrees to pay all rates and fees in accordance with the Payment provisions. The Client is responsible for covering the Artist's traveling fees, accommodation fees, toll fees, and parking fees, as per the Travel and Accommodation provisions.2.2 The Client is responsible for collecting payment from every individual receiving services.2.3 The Client shall assume responsibility for fees not paid by their Attendants to the Artist, as outlined in the Payments provision. The Client and individuals receiving services must provide advance written notice of any allergies or conditions, as stated in the Liabilities provision.2.4 The Client shall provide the Artist with a safe and suitable work area at the location where the Services are to be performed. This location must include an appropriate work area, adequate lighting, and access to electrical outlets.
3. BookingsA start and end time will be agreed upon and scheduled for each service. Please consider the time required for each service when reserving your date and time. Additional services outside this contract will be provided at the discretion of the Artist.
4. Deposit4.1 A $100 non-refundable deposit is due when booking an appointment. This deposit is required to secure your date.4.2 The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable on holidays and weekends.4.3 The deposit is refundable if the reservation is made on weekdays, and the Client provides more than 72 hours' notice.
5. Payment5.1 The Client identified in this agreement is responsible for the entire balance of payment, which is due on the day of the event as a single payment. Accepted forms of payment are EFT or cash.5.2 The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person(s) who has signed the booking contract. Acceptable forms of payment include cash, PayPal, credit card (additional fee applies) or money order made payable to Ievgeniia Shtompel.
6. DelaysA late fee of $25.00 will be charged for every 15 minutes of delay if the Client is late for the scheduled time or if the scheduled makeup exceeds the allotted time due to client delays. 
7. Cancellations7.1 The Artist reserves the right to terminate the appointment for any breach of terms, rendering the agreement void and the deposited funds non-refundable. 7.2 Appointments canceled before the day of the occasion are not eligible for deposit refunds. If the Artist cancels the agreement for any reason other than a breach, and a replacement Artist cannot be found, the deposit will be fully refunded within two weeks.7.3 The Artist retains the prerogative to cancel the appointment if The Client's hair is soiled or damp.7.4 The Artist reserves the right to cancel without providing an explanation. 
8. Travel Fees/AccommodationA mileage fee will be charged for locations outside a three (3) mile radius of 5911 Edsall Rd., Alexandria, VA, 22304. The exact amount will be determined upon inquiry. The Client is responsible for valet parking, parking fees, and toll fees. All travel costs to a booked event are the Client's responsibility, including airfare, hotel, transportation, and parking.
9. Limitation on LiabilityThe Client shall not hold the Artist (Makeup Artist/Hairstylist) responsible and agrees to indemnify the Artist against any harm, claims, losses, costs, damages, injuries, or product reactions arising directly or indirectly from the Artist's performance or any other reason.All brushes, tools, and makeup products are sanitized between makeup applications. Clients should report any skin conditions or allergies before application. A patch test may be performed if necessary. Clients release the Artist from liability for skin complications due to allergic reactions.If Clients have serious skin/health conditions, the Artist may discontinue the service for hygiene reasons. Clients release the Artist and muatrend.com from liability for skin complications due to allergic reactions.If Clients have improperly washed or dried their hair, the Artist may discontinue the service for hygiene reasons. Failure to dry the hair may result in an additional fee or service discontinuation due to time constraints.
10. SeverabilityIf any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, unenforceable, or in conflict with the laws of any jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
11. Use of Image/Video11.1 Muatrend.com and the Artist may use photographs, video, audio, and other media captured or recorded by the Artist on its website, Instagram, or other advertising platforms. Clients release any claims regarding the use of their images for promotional purposes.Clients also agree to provide the name and contact information of professional photographers and videographers used for recording events where the makeup artist was contracted. Clients authorize the release of photographs and recordings for use in promotional materials. The signed agreement serves as a release to client photographers/videographers to share media with Muatrend.com and the Artist for promotional purposes.11.2 The Client prefers that their photo or video not be utilized for social media purposes, it is imperative for the client to inform the Artist prior to commencing the project.
